🔑 Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 2:30 p.m.

Keys are handed over directly at the bar.

If you arrive between 2:30 p.m. and midnight, you do not need to inform us of your arrival time.​

🌙 Arrival After Midnight​

If you expect to arrive after midnight, please inform us in advance so that we can arrange key collection.​

Without prior notice, we cannot guarantee check-in after the bar has closed.

Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.​

When leaving, please place the key in the yellow letterbox located on the ground floor.

🚗 Parking

We offer a special parking ticket for the Autosilo Centro Castello car park.

⚠️ Please do not confuse it with Parking Centro Locarno.

You may park directly upon arrival.

Hotel Parking Ticket

• CHF 15.00 per 24 hours

• Available directly from Pardo Bar, even after you have parked

• Unlimited entries and exits until the ticket expires

How it works

1. Enter the car park normally.

2. Take the parking ticket.

3. Park your vehicle.

4. Purchase our Hotel Parking Ticket.

5. At the payment machine, first insert the original parking ticket and then the Hotel Parking Ticket.

• Trailers are not permitted

• Electric vehicle charging stations are available

🚗 Loading and Unloading Luggage

Access to the historic centre is permitted only for the time required to load or unload luggage in front of Pardo Bar.

Access may be temporarily restricted during events in the city.

🎒 Luggage Storage

Unattended luggage storage is available upon advance request or during the bar’s opening hours.

The lockers are located in the room on the right as you enter the corridor.
